Adam Lipin brings more than 30 years of experience in technology leadership across consulting, finance, and enterprise data systems. Over the course of his career, he held senior technology roles at firms including Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, and McKinsey’s Investment Office (MIO Partners), where he served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer.

After leaving the corporate world, Adam began collaborating with Dr. Lynette McKeon at New Jersey Brain Care to improve the efficiency of her neuropsychology practice. Through that collaboration, he gained firsthand insight into the time-consuming nature of neuropsychological documentation and the importance of preserving each clinician’s unique writing style, structure, and clinical reasoning.

 

Together, they built a secure, HIPAA-compliant report writing platform designed specifically around real-world neuropsych workflows. The goal was simple: dramatically reduce documentation time without compromising professional voice or clinical judgment.

 

Axonix was created to bring that same thoughtfully designed solution to neuropsychologists everywhere - enabling clinicians to spend less time writing reports and more time focused on patient care.

 

Adam lives in New Jersey and remains actively involved in the ongoing development of Axonix, working directly with clinicians to refine and improve the platform.
